Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused or gently used.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• Original packaging is preferred whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Free Returns

Elevidesk offers free returns worldwide.

Customers will not be charged any return shipping fees for eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products intentionally damaged by the customer.
• Products with missing parts not due to our error.
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.
